Larry Sharpe
Sage Sharpe is known at the Guild as The Business Relationship Specialist. He is an entertaining and dynamic teacher who provides straight forward and realistic solutions to real life business scenarios. While Larrys specialty is Networking and Sales, he teaches all three disciplines at the Neo-Sage.
Larrys strong sales and customer service expertise has been built upon nearly two decades of exposure in various business environments. Larrys solid foundation began as a United States Marine, which he proudly served as for almost 7 years. While living in Japan, he became an English teacher and worked as an English Coordinator for the Japanese Governments learning facility, The Okinawa International Center. While still overseas, Larry also worked as a marketing rep for the United States Armed Forces Radio and Television Network.
Upon his return to the States, he wet his entrepreneurial whistle with the establishment of his familys business in the trucking industry. Once the company was off the ground, he handed off the reins and began working with New York Citys former Chief of Police, Bill Bratton, in corporate sales of Pre-Employment Screening and Background Investigations. Over the next few years, Larry fine-tuned his sales and customer service techniques by working in some of the most difficult sales environments Craftmatic Organization (in-home presentations), Honda of America (new car sales), Powerhouse Maintenance (Asphalt & Concrete maintenance sales) and WOR Radio (radio advertising and promotions sales).
Bringing together all that he had learned, Larry established his second business, Prime Distribution, Inc., a company that sold various manufacturers products into individualized health food stores and franchised GNCs. After selling his business, Larry decided to bring his two loves together, teaching and selling, with the establishment of the Neo-Sage Institute, where he now passes his knowledge and experience on.
He has a Bachelors Degree in Anthropology from the University of Maryland.

Georgia Kounadis
Sage Kounadis joined the Guild to assist its Entrepreneurial clients in expanding their business to the next level. Her specialty focus is small- to medium-sized companies that are ready to take on their next phase of growth but need financing. Georgias over 10 years of experience on Wall Street lends her the ability to work with clients on fine-tuning their business plans and identifying various ways to facilitate and finance growth.
Georgia has worked in the Equity Research Department of various Wall Street firms including C.J. Lawrence/Deutsche Bank, Everen Securities, Rodman & Renshaw and other specialty boutiques. Her area of expertise has been the Consumer Industry which includes Global Consumer Products and Services, Apparel and Accessories as well as Toys and the Interactive Entertainment Industry.
Georgia has been quoted in several Newspapers including the Wall Street Journal as well as various magazines. She has a bachelors degree in economics from the State University of New York at Stonybrook.
